As of 15 September, Rotarians have
raised about $190 million for Rotary's US$200 Million Challenge.
These contributions will help Rotary raise $200 million to match
$355 million in challenge grants received from the Bill & Melinda

Bill Gates announces new US$255 million grant for ending polio
International Assembly in San Diego, California,
USA.
The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has awarded US$255 million to
Rotary International in the global effort to eradicate polio,
bringing the total committed by Rotary and the Gates Foundation to
