Another Successful Spring Classic was held on June 20th.  This year’s event was attended by just over 150 people and is expected to clear approximately $32,000, which will go towards the good work of Rotary this year.

The night started off with a reception and entertainment by the Dartmouth High School jazz band.  As has been the case in the past, the balloon pop was a great success and sold out in minutes. It rung up $500 in sales.

“Wentworth Falls” by Tom Forrestall

One of the highlights this year was the live auction of an original watercolor by renowned artist and Dartmouth resident Tom Forrestall.   The work was entitled “Wentworth Falls” and Tom explained to the audience about his love of this spot in the Wentworth valley and how it reminded him of a similar waterfall near the Golan Heights in Israel.
